Gianluca Sassetti is a PhD student at the University of Genoa working with the Security & Trust research unit of Fondazione Bruno Kessler. He received his MSc in Computer Science from the University of Trento in 2023. His research interests include identity management, authentication protocols (with a focus on OpenID Connect), and digital identity. Currently, he is working on the security and privacy analysis of foundational identity systems.
