Tahir Ahmad received his Master’s in Computer and Communication Security from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS), National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2013. He obtained his PhD with a European PhD. Label in Computer Science and Systems Engineering from the Department of Computer Science, Bioengineering, Robotics and Systems Engineering (DIBRIS), University of Genova, Italy, in 2020. He has over 17 years of research experience in various national and international R&D organizations. His research interests are in distributed systems security, with particular emphasis on understanding the security issues in the current data-driven Internet-connected world and exploring practical solutions for improving their security and privacy.
